1. Scope of the General Terms and Conditions of R.Weber GmbH

2. 1.1 All offers, deliveries and services by R.Weber GmbH are based exclusively on these General Terms and Conditions.

1.2

At the latest when the goods are ordered (advertisements) or the order is placed by the customer, these General Terms and Conditions are deemed to have been accepted. General

Prices and terms of payment 3.1

3.3

In principle, our products and services are to be paid according to our invoices.

If invoices are not paid on time, we reserve the right to charge 5% default interest pa and processing fees.

3.4

The client will receive an order confirmation for signing within one week of placing the order. Once the order confirmation is signed by the customer and sent back to the

Printing documents and proof 4.1

4.3

R.Weber GmbH assumes no liability for errors of any kind arising from telephone transmissions or poor fax quality. This also applies to transmission by e-mail or similar means of communication. In this case, the client is not entitled to any warranty claims or claims for damages. No right of retention can be asserted.

Due to technical requirements, spot colors are built up from the four-color scale. Color deviations can therefore occur.

4.4

Before going to press, the client receives a proof copy. This must be sent to the within the specified period

4.5

4.6

Issues and placement requests are accepted without obligation. For technical reasons, we reserve the right to move advertisements within the same price category without consulting the client.

4.7

The repro and litho documents produced by the printing center remain its property.

5.

Complaints / Misprints 5.1

With the acceptance of the work, the client assumes responsibility for the correctness of the text and image.

5.2

Complaints must be made within 10 working days of receipt of the specimen copy (sending the magazine). Thereafter, the work is deemed to have been accepted in accordance with the contract and free of defects.

5.3

Printing errors that do not significantly affect the meaning or the advertising effect of the advertisement do not entitle the customer to a price reduction.

6.

Termination 6.1

If the client terminates the contract, R.Weber GmbH has a right to the agreed disposal.

The client undertakes to pay at least 80% of the order volume.

7.

Assignability of Claims 7.1

The customer is not entitled to assign his claims from a contract with us unless we have agreed to an assignment in writing.

Responsibility / Placement 8.1

The client is responsible for the content of the advertisement. He releases the company R.Weber GmbH from any claims in this regard. If the company R.Weber GmbH is prosecuted anyway, the customer compensates it for the damage incurred.

8.2

A placement regulation only becomes binding with a separate confirmation and with a corresponding additional payment.

9.

Invalidity of individual provisions 9.1

Should a provision of these terms and conditions prove to be ineffective, it will be replaced by the effective provision that corresponds to the economic

purpose of the invalid provisions comes closest. The validity of the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction 10.1

The terms and conditions and the entire legal relationship between the company R.Weber GmbH and the client are subject to Swiss law.
